Autohotkey 매크로 프로그램을 활용하면 쉽게 용어를 검색하고 각종 단축키를 만들 수 있습니다. 그리고 상용구를 설정하거나, 오타를 내기 쉬운 단어(영어 단어)를 교정하는 용도로도 사용이 가능합니다.

아래에서는 Autohotkey를 사용하여 쉽게 의학용어 사이트에서 용어를 검색하는 코드를 만드는 방법을 설명합니다.

Autohotkey를 사용하려면 먼저 설치를 해야 합니다. 구글에서 Autohotkey 설치로 검색하여 Autohotkey 프로그램을 설치합니다(예: http://canhyuk.com/8).

그런 다음, 바탕화면에서 오른쪽 마우스 키를 누르고 새로 만들기 > AutoHotkey Script를 클릭합니다.

그러면 .ahk 확장자를 가진 파일이 생성됩니다. 이름을 적절히 지정합니다(예: kmle.ahk).

이제 메모장이나 텍스트 에디터로 이 파일을 열도록 합니다. 그런 다음 맨 아래에 다음 코드를 추가합니다.

이제 KMLE 사이트에서 검색하고자 하는 용어를 마우스로 선택한 다음 Ctrl + Shift + K를 누르면 IE에서 KMLE 사이트가 열리면서 용어가 검색됩니다. 용어 확인이 끝나면 Ctrl + W를 누르면 창이 닫힙니다.

번역을 시작하기 전에 kmle.ahk 파일을 실행해도 되고, 원하는 경우 시작 프로그램에 등록하여 윈도가 시작될 때마다 자동으로 실행되도록 해도 됩니다.
